You are not completely satisfied with your order, don't worry, it's very simple!

You can request a return ( within 30 days of receipt of your order) via your customer account on

For this we invite you to:

  • Go to the Order History page,
  • Click on the details link of the order concerned,
  • Select the products you wish to return, and specify a reason for return
  • In order to facilitate the processing of your return, also specify if you wish a refund or a voucher (for an exchange for example),
  • Then click on the request a return button.

Upon receipt of this, we will provide you with a prepaid Colissimo return slip (this will be sent by email from Colissimo) which you must stick on your package.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, returned items must be in new, undamaged condition and in their original packaging .

Be sure to protect the products well and ship them in a suitable box / packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse any damaged or already used item.

Upon receipt of your return, then after having validated the conformity of the articles, we will proceed to the reimbursement of the articles (excluding bicycles), or generation of a purchase voucher usable on, and will deduct a fixed amount of 2,90€ corresponding return costs.

For bicycles, we invite you to contact our customer service. After validation, a transfer request will be made via our carrier, and a lump sum of €20 will be deducted from the refund / credit note.
