Preamble: Inventory management information

We would like to be able to offer you the whole catalog with full stocks in our warehouse located in Nice, and deliver to you as quickly as possible. However, as you can imagine, having all the references in stock (sizes, colors, etc.) is impossible both logistically (lack of space, despite the good size of our warehouse) and financially (large cash to advance , our small structure which develops each year does not allow us to advance such sums).

Despite everything, we are committed to offering you a quality catalog and not restricted to the stock that we can manage in our beautiful 300m2 warehouse. This is why, in collaboration with our multiple suppliers, we have worked on linking stocks between our warehouses, which allows you to know directly on a product sheet whether the product is present in our warehouse or in that of our supplier, with the info in addition to the delivery time unique to each supplier.

Here are 3 concrete examples:

In stock: the product is available in our warehouse in Nice (your order is prepared and shipped the same day if all the products in your order are marked "In stock" when added to the basket).

Delivered within N days: the product is available from the supplier and delivered to you within an average of N working days (your order is prepared and dispatched within N days if one or more products in your order are marked "Delivered within N days" when adding to cart).

Not available: the product is not available either in our warehouse or at the supplier's (you cannot add this product to your basket).

Other messages may appear like

"restocking for xxx": a shipment is in progress and planned for xxx

"on order, contact us to know the deadlines": in this case, the availability is planned for soon on the supplier side, and it is best to contact us to know the exact date of availability.

Last point: since the health crisis, our sales volume has quadrupled, causing delays in tracking, preparing and delivering your orders. Our suppliers suffer the same fate and our delivery companies too. All this is gradually being arranged because each party is making every effort to meet demand and best adapt to the situation in order to serve you better.

The delivery of a complete bike / frame in Metropolitan France, and carried out via our carrier France Express, to your home (excluding parcel relay), by appointment within a 2-hour slot.

This fixed participation represents between 15 and 30% of the actual cost of the delivery that we pay.
